We stand firmly behind the purity, potency, and transformative power of Himalaya Gummies. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund. This is our covenant with you.
Choose a cash refund back to your original payment method, or receive 120% store credit as a thank you for your trust — valid for 12 months.
Eligibility & Premium Hygiene Standards
We honor returns while maintaining pharmaceutical-grade safety. Here's what qualifies:
- Opened bottles – Accepted if ≥50% of the gummies remain (limit 2 opened bottles per order). Full refund for those bottles.
- Unopened bottles – Safety seal must be intact, no visible damage.
- Sealed multipacks & gift sets – Eligible if outer shrink wrap is unbroken.
- Beyond 50% consumed? – Contact us anyway; we may offer partial refund or generous store credit.
Non-eligible: Intentional damage, contamination, or orders where more than 70% is missing without valid reason. Bulk orders (6+ bottles) may incur a 10% restocking fee for non-defect returns.
Concierge Return Process
Our support team handles every request with white-glove attention. Follow these steps:
- Email help.himalayagummies@gmail.com with subject: "Return – Order #[YourOrderNumber]"
- Include your full name, order ID, reason for return, and photos of product condition.
- You will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and return address within 24 business hours.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, melted, expired, or you receive the wrong product, we take full responsibility. Notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will:
- Immediately send a free replacement with express shipping.
- Or issue a full refund including original shipping costs – your choice.
- No need to return damaged goods – just provide 2–3 clear photos.
This pledge applies to international orders as well (replacement shipping covered).
Seamless Refund Processing
Once your return reaches our facility:
- Inspection period: 2–3 business days after arrival. We'll email updates.
- Approved refunds: Credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- If you choose store credit (120% value), you'll receive a code within 24 hours of approval.
Depending on your bank, additional 2–3 days may appear on your statement. PayPal refunds are instant after processing.
Exclusions, Shipping & Final Sale
- Shipping costs – Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Flash Sale / Limited Edition – Items marked "Final Sale" or "Limited Drop" are not eligible for returns.
- BOGO & gift with purchase – Free promotional items must be returned with the main item for a full refund.
- Gift cards – Non-refundable.
- International taxes/duties – Not refundable by Himalaya Gummies.
Global Refunds & International Orders
We ship worldwide. For international customers:
- Return shipping costs, customs fees, and local taxes are buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective (we provide prepaid return label).
- Mark return package as "Returned Goods" and include RMA number.
- Refund includes product subtotal only; original international shipping is non-refundable.
EU/UK customers enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period – our 30-day guarantee exceeds this. Dedicated support for Australia, Canada, and UAE.
Subscription & Auto-Refill Protection
- Cancel or pause your subscription anytime from your account dashboard or by email.
- For already delivered subscription shipments, the standard 30-day refund policy applies from each delivery date.
- If you forget to cancel and receive an unwanted shipment, contact us within 14 days of delivery – we’ll accept the return (unopened bottles) for a full refund minus shipping.
- Annual prepayments: Prorated refunds available for unused months after the first 30 days.
Peace of Mind & Dispute Resolution
We resolve every concern before it becomes a dispute. If a refund is delayed, contact our escalation team at help.himalayagummies@gmail.com. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution. If we determine a chargeback was filed in error, we offer a 10% courtesy credit for future orders.
