Subscription Plans & Billing

Himalaya Gummies offers flexible wellness plans (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual) with savings up to 25%. All subscription rates are processed in USD.

Easy Cancellation

You have complete control over your wellness journey. You may cancel at any time through two primary methods:

  • Self-Service: Log into your account portal and select "Cancel Subscription" for instant processing.
  • Concierge Service: Email help.himalayagummies@gmail.com with your order number.

Cancellations must be made before 2:00 PM PST on your renewal date to prevent the next shipment from processing.

Pause, Skip, or Modify

Need a break or want to try a different formula? You don't need to cancel to make changes:

  • Pause: Temporarily halt shipments for 1–6 months.
  • Skip: Bypass a single upcoming delivery without affecting your long-term plan.
  • Swap: Exchange products (e.g., Energy for Sleep) before your next billing date.

Prepaid Subscription Refunds

For Quarterly or Annual prepaid plans, we offer fair, prorated refunds for any full, unused months remaining in your term, minus a standard $5 processing fee.

If you miss a cancellation window and an unwanted shipment is dispatched, you have 14 days from delivery to return the unopened product for a full refund.

Failed Payments

If a renewal charge fails, our system will retry the transaction up to 3 times over 7 days. You will receive email notifications to update your payment method. If unresolved, the subscription will be paused to prevent service interruption.
